What was originally a commercial space was upgraded to a single family residence, with entertaining for fundraising events as a priority. The building facade needed to be updated; BŌK Modern contributed panels to modernize the exterior. Simple flat panels, a tube steel frame, and face fasteners reinvented the outdated look. Rust-colored powder coating provides a colorful accent against the monochrome color palette.
