All of our systems are designed to be pre-fabricated to the greatest extent possible, minimizing production and environmental waste. Through recyclability, product life-span and low maintenance, solar control systems, organic finishes, local manufacturing, and LEED compliance, our aim is to be sustainable across all facets of production.

Applicable Regulation: 2 CFR § 184.3(b)(2) — Manufactured Products

This is to certify that the above-referenced product complies with the Build America, Buy America Act (Pub. L. 117-58, §§ 70901-70927) and implementing regulations in 2 CFR Part 184 as a manufactured product.

  • The final manufacturing of the panel system, including fabrication, forming, welding, assembly, and powder coating, occurs entirely in the United States.
  • The total cost of components mined, produced, or manufactured in the United States exceeds 55 percent of the total component cost, in accordance with 2 CFR § 184.3(b)(2)(ii).
  • The raw aluminum and steel are globally sourced, but all subsequent manufacturing and assembly processes are performed domestically.
  • The finished product is therefore a U.S.-manufactured product compliant with the domestic-content requirements of the Build America, Buy America Act.
