BŌK Modern designed a series of balcony guardrails for the common areas of a low-income senior residence. Steel panels with powder-coated finish were employed as an economical option. The panels used an undulating wave pattern for serene visual interest.
Flush-mounted Juliet balcony panels were used over large operable windows, both for security and privacy, and were also cost-effective.
