BŌK Modern is proud to be a part of this affordable housing project on San Pablo Avenue in Oakland, California.  All 51 units of this apartment complex will provide homes for low- and extremely low-income seniors, aged 62 and over. Thirteen of the units are set aside for extremely low-income seniors who are at the risk of homelessness. An additional 13 units are reserved for low income senior veterans.

BŌK’s canopies, in our popular A26 pattern, are on full display at the corners, where the panels meet at an angle to match the building.  Garage screens in a matching pattern tie the different elements of the building together for a continuous, contemporary look.
