Featured in ArchDaily, this project provides 15,000 square feet of retail in the Oakland’s former Auto Row District. With the area up zoned several years ago, 3,000 new homes and 360,000 square feet of retail development have resulted in hundreds of apartments now hitting the Alameda County market. Our Universal Bracket application was a simple solution for mounting diverse scope across this up-and-coming, median income housing project.
BŌK Modern’s parking garage screens, wallscreens, guardrails, and balconies are elegantly showcased at Alexan Webster’s 235-unit retail/apartment complex.
